The body tube must be strong, so remember the glue and use a full sheet of paper. Remove the engines from the body tube after rolling it. Allow the body tube to dry a little before mounding the engine block. The engine block keeps the engine from flying up into the body tube. It will be glued inside the body tube so that the engine protrudes about 3/16 inch out the back of the rocket. Use a stick or straw to put a ring of glue inside the body tube where the engine block will go. Then push the engine block up into the tube with an expended engine. Glue the soda straw straight and between the fins (NOT directly above one of them.) Make certain that the straw and fins securely bonded and will not come loose during the launch for flight.
Paint the rocket a bright color (not blue or green) and use a reasonably sized engine so that it won't go out of sight.
The engines will cost about $2.00 each in packs of 3.
