New Mail Services!
We're as sick of SPAM as you are and we've done something about it! We've implemented a new Mail server, along with added features the old system just didn't offer. With much improved Anti-spam, Anti-virus, and "Outlook-type" inteface for those customers that check their mail via the Internet we think you will be plesantly surprised with how effective our new mail solution really is!
In order to verify Access International continues to provide high quality service to all our customers we are required to perform maintenance on at least a monthly schedule.
Every weekend following the second Tuesday of each month between the hours of 12 midnight - 3 am has been scheduled for this monthly maintenance.
During this time operating systems and applications are updated, specific hardware is maintained as well as routine communications service. During this maintenance period all Web sites and email may be unavailable. Email will still be delivered however customers may not be able to retrieve their email until the maintenance period ends.
Although maintenance is scheduled monthly there are times when emergency maintenance may be required or our scheduled period may extend beyond the 3 am deadline. As such, we will attempt to provide as much advanced notice as possible.
